I was so happy that I was given another great sketch by Kim Sonsken for the December layout, using Upsy Daisy Designs Products.
Our family went on a Disney Cruise in December of 2006 after my husband got back from Afghanistan, and it was so nice for us all to be together on a relaxing vacation.
"Merry" seemed to be a great title for this photo.. Kayla was so happy on this cruise!
I used the Upsy Daisy Designs "Spirit" line for this layout, as well as some white glitter paper for the snowflakes cut with the Cricut machine. I also used Upsy Daisy Designs white rick rack ribbon for a cute scallop design around the red border.
Here is Kim Sonsken's wonderful sketch:

Cute Pumpkin/Scarecrow Centerpiece
Use a wavy-edge blade to cut your pumpkin paper strips, then attach them to a jar or small container. I decorated the pumpkin with "curly hair" made from patterned paper, ribbon, and brads for the eyes.
I really think the scarecrow really "finishes" the project... yes, I did machine sew his "clothes" with patterned paper and then stuffed him with raffia ... LOL!
I used Upsy Daisy Designs "Home Sweet Home" papers for this project (you can also see it on their blog)!

Kayla is doing a lot better with handling high-sensory issues that arise... she is learning to control her actions and reactions and it is wonderful to see!
Products Used: Upsy Daisy Designs patterned paper ("Home Sweet Home"), as well as Upsy Daisy Designs ribbon, rub-ons. EK Success Corner punch, Klik n Kut Die Cut machine.

Harmonie!
I discovered some new products that I just LOVE... especially the wood shapes (not chipboard!) and all of the clear acrylic elements, not to mention beautiful papers! The company is called Harmonie and you can find their products at A Cherry on Top - one of my favorite online stores/message boards/galleries! Here are some great examples of their products:
I think this company has a lot of unique products! You can also check out their blog: http://harmonieloisirscreatifs.blogspot.com/.

Organization Idea
I wanted to make more room for all those papers that pile up, especially when you have children! But I also wanted a nice looking wall in my kitchen when I have company over..... so here is what I came up with:
I used my wall paint to paint the clipboards, then chose some beautiful Jenni Bowlin paper and embellishments, and this is what I came up with... I love it, the colors go beautiful with my home!!

Happy Valentines Day!
This is a card I made with the *NEW* Upsy Daisy Designs line of paper called "Blossom". The clear stamps and rub-ons used are from Upsy Daisy Designs also! It was really fun to make a card with a "cutout" on the front that also worked on the inside... hope you like it!
